1. Overview

At Solara Garden, we want you to love what you grow with us. If a full-price item isn't quite right, we're happy to help you return it for a refund under the terms below. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order — by completing a purchase on solara-garden.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Return Window

You may request a return for eligible full-price items within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, an item must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories included
  • Free from signs of use, wear, damage, soil, or alteration
  • Accompanied by the original order number or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee if the item is returned in a condition that does not meet the criteria above.

4. Final Sale — No Returns or Refunds on Discounted Items

All discounted items are final sale.

Any product purchased at a reduced price — including but not limited to items on sale, clearance, seasonal markdowns, promotional offers, bundle deals, flash sales, items purchased with a discount code, gift-with-purchase items, and end-of-season collections — is not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit under any circumstances.

The discounted price is offered in exchange for the item being sold as final sale. By purchasing a discounted item, you acknowledge and accept that the sale is final and that you waive any voluntary return privileges that would otherwise apply to full-price purchases.

This exclusion applies regardless of the size of the discount or the reason the discount was offered.

5. Other Non-Returnable Items

In addition to discounted items, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Live plants, seeds, bulbs, and other perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items returned without original packaging or in used condition

6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for an eligible full-price item:

  1. Email returns@solara-garden.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team to confirm your return and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided. Returns sent without an RA number may not be processed.

Please do not ship items back before receiving a Return Authorization.

7. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Rejected returns (items that do not meet the conditions in Section 3) will be shipped back to you at your expense, or disposed of if return shipping is declined.

We do not offer refunds in the form of cash, check, or to any payment method other than the one used for the original purchase.

9. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please return the eligible full-price item for a refund and place a new order.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@solara-garden.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

This applies to all orders, including discounted items, but only covers issues caused by shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or fulfillment errors on our part — not buyer's remorse, sizing preference, or change of mind.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before the order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through the standard return process and is subject to the eligibility rules above.
